This was a nice project that we started from drawing up the plans, seeking approval of the plans all the way to completion. It took 2 months to get all the relevant documentations and approval then the construction took another 2 months.
The client gave us the freedom to do our work freely after approving the plan based on his ideas. This project sits on 0.05ha plot. 3 Bedrooms Bungalow House in Kisumu
